The Online Guide to Pocketeers

In 1975, Palitoy released the original set of "Eight great Pocketeers" in the UK, under licence from TOMY.  Each one was an ingenious mechanical pocket game and came in a green packet featuring a unique cartoon name and character design.   Palitoy/TOMY went on to release 38 more Pocketeers.

Pocketeers are based upon Japanese Tomy Pocketmates which have been reproduced all around the world. In America and later in the UK, too, they were called Tomy Pocket Games. This site is a tribute to these innovative games.
