This is, of course, like Pachinko / Flick 'n' Spin, a pocket version of the incredibly popular Japanese slot game, Pachinko.
The original Japanese version of this game is a bit risque - each time you roll a bar over, it takes another layer of clothing off the girl! Wonderfully non-politically-correct.
